GogPayslip Login: Controller & Accountant General’s Departments’ has devised an E-Payslip system that allows the government officials in GHANA to access their payslips. The website is customized and can be operated on computers, laptops, mobiles, and across any browser set up. A new user can make quick registration by obtaining a registration code from the employee’s head of the department.
The controller and Accountant General release a notice that states that there can be financial losses incurred by the companies. And, it could be due to disclosure of the employee details to the third parties then CAGD shall not take responsibility for such frauds. 1. The Employee will have to enter the Gog Payslip portal i.e www.gogpayslip.com.
2. The gogPaySlip portal shall display a web page of e-payslip and one must enter the employee number, password, and code and hit the login button. The Epayslip page shall reach the concerned employee’s dashboard.
3. In certain instances, there is a likelihood of forgetting the password by the employee. Then, the website gives an option to retrieve the forgotten password by accessing it through a link provided in the login dialog box.
4. To obtain the new password, one must click the assigned link and enter the forgotten password dialog box.
Forgot Password?
1. To recover the epayslip password on the gogpayslip portal, the employees can visit the login page https://www.gogpayslip.com/index.php?action=login and tap on the Forgot your e-payslip password.
2. The employees should enter the employee number, and mobile number, and enter the code and submit button.
3. The Portal shall deliver a new password to the registered email address and mobile handset after completing the process of validation.
Employee Registration for EPaySlip:
1. The employee can seek access to the employee’s e-payslip logins provided one shall have to register for it. Therefore, one can register by clicking the link ‘Register for EPaySlip’ made available on the epayship login dialog box.
2. The website shall display the registration page and one will have to fill in the fields in the EPaySlip page.
3. The employee should enter the employee number, confirm the employee number, create your password, & confirm the password. Further, the employee should enter the registration code, email, Mobile number and confirm the mobile number, and code, and then click the next button.
4. The employee shall have to carefully understand the ‘terms and conditions and if agreeable then one must click the register button, after seeking confirmation, and then thereafter the employee can access the epayslip login webpage.
Details of the GHANA employee’s epayslip:
1. The monthly payslip will provide the official details of the employees. They are the name of the employee, staff ID, Grade, Region of Work, District of Work, Agency, Department, unit of work, and level.
2. The payslip describes the monthly salary and the subsequent breakdown components of the salary.
3. The payslip shall comprise the deductions that are explained in the salary report. They take the form of loans. The annual salary is the sum of the year-long monthly salaries. The net salary that is mentioned is the take-home salary every month.
4. Payment mode defines the details of the banker to whom an employee is assigned with.
Procedure to View/Print Monthly Salary Slip:
1. The employee must enter the login details and the website shall redirect to a new webpage and it will be a dashboard.
2. The employee will have to click my payslip link and further one shall have to select the desired month and subsequently select the year, and click to generate the electronic payslip.
3. An employee can take download of the salary payslip as well. One will have to click the save icon, then download the salary slip and take a printout of it from the download.
CAGD E-Payslips on Mobile apps:
1. CAGD has created CAGD E-Payslips on mobile apps just to create a comfort to operate when one is on the move also.
2. The mobile app can be operated by android phones and for that one must enter Google Play and in the search bar insert the Keyword CAGD E-PaySlips and click the search button.
3. The google play store shall display the App and one will have to click the install button.
4. The product shall get installed on the employee’s chosen android handset and can be opened for execution.
5. The features are extremely user-friendly and one can reach out to the employee’s e-payslip by running over the Internet with a good speed network.
GoG third-party reference system:
1. GoG introduces a third-party reference system and this software executes the epayslips of the government officials. The third-party reference system, TPRS, provides access to government workers in Ghana and smoothens the payslip activities for the employees. An employee can enter the website to access through the website www.gogtprs.com/
2. The employee must enter the username, captcha code, and password and click the login button. And, the website redirects Ghana’s government employees to the concerned dashboard.
